The objective: a study of the medical and social characteristics women in reproductive age with chronic pelvic pain on basis retrospective analysis.Materials methods. analysis documentation 314 patients verified diagnosis (CPP) was performed studying case histories outpatient cards. Data were analyzed: anthropometric data, age, body mass index, place residence, gynecological pathology, duration nature menstrual cycle, comorbidities, previous treatment, disease duration, intensity, bad habits, number pregnancies births, plans other methods examination.Results. It found that more than third women, who treated for pathologies cause CPP, need help again. 58 % sought CPP first time, 42 had already received treatment CPP.
